Despite being led by one of the most prolific cricketers in world cricket, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are still searching for their maiden Indian Premier League (IPL) title. While they have always boasted of a very strong batting line up, it’s the bowling department which has let them down on numerous occasions.
At the IPL 2020 auction, RCB tried to strengthen their pace attack by roping in two quality seamers in Kane Richardson and Chris Morris. Richardson later pulled out of the tournament and was replaced by Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa. RCB also bought a world-class opener in Aaron Finch at the auction.
