    Why are you breaking out?

    1. Chin- If you have pimples around your chin, they are likely to occur due to hormonal changes in your body. In females, they can occur a few days before your periods start. You should eat foods that regulate hormones in your body. Hormonal imbalance is the main reason for chin breakouts. Make sure you practice good skincare and avoid touching your chin often.
    2. Cheeks- Main reason for cheek breakouts is polluted air. When your skin comes in contact with the pollutants present in the air, it can cause pimples around the cheeks. The skin on your cheeks is sensitive and should be protected from air pollution. Wear a mask or a scarf to avoid contact with dust particles present in the air. Some other factors responsible for causing pimples on the cheeks are high blood sugar level, respiratory problems and bad hygiene.
    3. Forehead- Pimples on the forehead are due to bad digestion. If your digestive system is not working properly, it can cause pimples on the forehead. It could also be due to liver problems, poor sleep cycle and increased stress. Staying hydrated helps in avoiding pimples around the forehead.
    4. Nose- If you have pimples on your nose, you should definitely get your blood pressure checked. High blood pressure and heart diseases are a huge reason behind nose acne. Eat a clean and healthy diet and practice yoga to avoid getting pimples on your nose.
