1 beetroot
2 tomatoes
1 lemon

HOW TO MAKE BEETROOT SMOOTHIE?

Wash one beetroot and cut into small pieces. Deseed two tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Put the beetroot and tomato slices in a mixer and grind till you get a fine smoothie. Pour into a glass and add some lemon juice to it and stir.
Drink the beetroot smoothie twice daily.
