In a major development in the Gulbarga fort Case, local residents received notice to vacate soon. But local residents seem to be in no mood to vacate as cries of emotions burst up when social media asked them whether they will vacate or no and the answer is “NO”.

What will be the fate of the Grand Masjid Inside?

Local Say “No residents means, No regular Prayer in Masjid thereby the masjid will eventually be left Deserted. The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday directed the Union government to take action as per provisions of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 for removing 176 unauthorized constructions in the “prohibited” and “regulated” areas situated within a 300-meter radius of Gulbarga Fort in Kalaburagi.

A Division Bench passed the interim order on a PIL petition filed by Sharan Desai, a resident of Bengaluru.
