City Gulbarga knows for its diversity. The 2 eyes of the City Darga Khaja Bandanawaz and Temple Sharan Basvehswara, but nowadays the city is known for something else on the National level i.e COVID 19 First death.
Imagine the pain if your city has the first death of the country due to the much talked and spreading virus COVID 19.
But the district administration did not left any card uncover, they started isolation, contract tracing, Area sanitization and much more.
The elected representatives played their part by pushing the government for special attention and Police department fighting hard to keep up Lockdown strict with vehicle seizing and area patroling.
Results of all these efforts have made COVID Positive cases to 3( 1 Died ,1 discharged after Negative & 1 under supervision and Stable ) which were there at the initial stage itself, not a single increase.
The administration is checking and quarantined all visitors who came to India from abroad.
Apart from all this due to the lockdown many daily wage families were struggling with many social organization, individuals started free distribution of Food and Ration to the needy which relieved the pain of the poor, now the govt has taken the initiative to supply door to door ration for the poor.
For All citizens, KMP is delivering Milk and vegetables through Vehicles at door step in all wards of the city.
It’s a combined effort of all, more important it’s the individual who will sit at home and will stay at home will help the administration in fighting this battle.
