    Here are some ways that can help you with stress management:
    1. Take a walk: Taking a stroll through nature can benefit the brain incredibly and ease up symptoms of stress and anxiety. People may often find it difficult to take time out for walks and exercises due to the hectic schedule. However, taking a walk for at least 15 minutes every morning can be easy to inculcate even in a busy schedule.
    2. Eat healthily: It is rightfully said that a healthy body is home to a healthy mind. A healthy diet can help nourish and energize the body, thereby helping in keeping the brain healthy.
    3. Music: Music can have positive effects on the human mind. Good music has the ability to affect and influence the mood and emotions of humans. Therefore, it can be used for stress management and relaxation
    4. Exercise: Exercising causes the secretion of hormones such as adrenaline and endorphins. These hormones can work towards the elevation of moods, and thereby promote stress and anxiety management.
    5. Sleep well: Sleep is essential to provide rest to the human body. It is a kind of refuelling method that can help relax the body and help the brain stay organized and calm. Sleep deprivation can lead to an increase in stress levels.
