The new digital instrument cluster delivers immersive driver information to enhance the ownership experience of the Ford F-150.
New Delhi: Visteon Corporation has introduced an all-new digital cluster for the 2021 Ford F-150, the company said in a release on Thursday.
The company said the 12.4-inch digital cluster refreshes the model’s cockpit with a contemporary shape – integrating high-resolution graphics that deliver realistic drive modes for a wide range of roads, environments and weather conditions.
The software of Visteon’s complex automotive-grade system is powered by Rightware’s Kanzi architecture. The Kanzi UI framework allows the collaboration between Ford and Visteon to deliver a complete user experience innovation platform that enables a truly advanced user interface.
Incorporating a large information-on-demand panel, the solution includes truck-specific graphics and animations that respond to the F-150’s selectable drive modes. It also displays off-roading data and turn-by-turn navigation.
