The Rain Water Harvesting & Wuzuh Water Conservation Project was Inaugurated by Mr. RAHUL TUKARAM (IAS) Along with MUNAF PATEL (EE)
This Project Was Executed At Masjid Raza-e-Mustafa, Mecca Colony, Ring Road Gulbarga, To Conserve The Rain Water
Mr. Rahul Tukaram offered some kind words and said that this rainwater harvesting project is apart from any religions and also mentions that the Water problem will only be solved if we stop our dependency upon the Government and find our way to get the water we need. This rainwater harvesting project will reduce our dependence on the Government.
The Rainwater Harvesting is installed in the Raza-e-Mustafa Mosque in Gulbarga
The amount of water required in the Raza-e-Mustafa Mosque is 3000Ltrs per day. Which Calculates to around 21,000Ltrs Water Consumption Per Week.
The terrace of the Mosque is around 3000sqft. A normal 3-4 hour of rain will contribute to around 5000-10,000Ltrs of Water to the Mosque
The water used for Wuzu will be Filtered and will be sent to the borewell so that the borewell will be recharged with water.
